Hello there!

My name is Erin Browder and I have been consulting for the last 7 years. So, you're interested in what this consultancy world is all about...well, you've certainly come to the right place.

I have been on both sides of consulting--independent and working for an organization. It is exciting work and each day is a new one.  I served primarily in nonprofit and education environments. At this time, I work with different sectors and focus on building leadership capacity and transforming organizational culture.

While there are differences serving for-profit industries (which I will note), the similarities of getting started are universal. I earned six-figures in my first year of consulting and I will give you the foundation to building a thriving consulting career. 

Being a consultant is not for everyone—it is not easy, nor is it about doing the minimum or status quo. Even when you get to the space of being comfortable, you will go above and beyond for your clients.
