REFUND / PAYMENT POLICY

This policy applies to all products, programs and services available through Erin Browder and Erin Browder, LLC. By using this website, you are acknowledging receipt of all of our policies, and agreeing to all terms and conditions. Erin Browder may amend this agreement at any time without notice. Unless otherwise noted, all payments are processed via PayPal, Stripe or other designated service.

By signing up for any program/product/service with Payment Plans/Installment Plans you are agreeing to provide all payments in full and on time. If payment cannot be processed, you have 5 days to provide alternate payment method. If payment is not provided within 5 days or we observe repeated or habitual payment failures, we have the right to revoke all membership/program benefits without further obligation to deliver products or services associated with that purchase. All deposits and program/coaching fees received prior to cancellation are non-refundable.

 

DIGITAL COURSES, PRODUCTS & PROGRAMS

There are no cash or electronic refunds on digital products. However, your digital product may be covered by a limited, satisfaction guarantee in which we may offer an equivalent store credit if you do not totally love your purchase. If your digital product is covered, it will be shared in the terms of purchase. If a guarantee is not explicitly stated, your purchase is non-refundable.

 

Teleclasses and Short-Term TELECOACHING PROGRAMS

Occasionally, we may offer one-time or short-term telecoaching programs (excludes teleclasses in Mastermind, VIP, and Platinum Coaching Programs). Unless otherwise posted, all one-time teleclasses are free and are not eligible for refunds. You are responsible for incurring all fees including, but not limited to long-distance, internet bandwidth usage, cell-based internet browsing time or any other fees associated with your participation in the teleclass.

 

For Short-Term Telecoaching Programs (typically 4-weeks to 12-weeks), unless otherwise posted, you may request a partial refund (50%) of paid fees by the end of the 2nd call if you find the program is not fulfilling its promise. Your partial refund request can be made in writing by emailing us at erin@erinaverybrowder.com – please include “Refund Request” in the subject line, along with your full name, program name and receipt #. Your refund request must be received by our office within 24 hours of the ending of the 2nd call or other specified refund deadline.

 

PRIVATE COACHING (1-1 & GROUP / VIRTUAL & IN-PERSON)

Unless otherwise noted, there are no absolutely no refunds, credits (partial or full) or payment disputes allowed on any private coaching program (1-1 or group / virtual or in-person). All coaching programs hosted by Erin Browder and accompanying materials are “All In” programs, which essentially infers an understanding by the buyer/client that once you transfer payment (deposit or full payment) with the intention of signing up for a private coaching program (1-1 or group), you are responsible for the content, information & transformation you get out of the program.

By signing up for private coaching (1-1 or group / virtual or in-person) you are committing to the investment whether or not you choose to show up, participate, complete the suggested action steps & exercises, follow-up, and ask for support where you need or desire it. As always, we recommend you complete your own due diligence before investing in any program to be sure it can support you in creating what you desire.

By signing up for private coaching (1-1 or group / virtual or in-person) you are agreeing to refrain from engaging in any “chargebacks” or intentional credit card cancellation or actions of the same nature to prevent installment payments from processing.

You agree to provide all payments in full and on time. If payment cannot be processed, you have 5 days to provide alternate payment method. If payment is not provided within 5 days or we observe repeated or habitual payment failures, we will revoke all membership/program benefits without further obligation to deliver products or services associated with that purchase. Paid fees will not be refunded and services will terminate immediately. 

Finally, by signing up are are agreeing to refrain from engaging in any negative public slander or harmful gossip (in any public forum including but not limited to: social media, internet, private forums or groups, public events or spaces, other coaching programs or mastermind groups (public or private)) that may damage the positive public opinion/perception or brand reputation of Erin Browder (individual) and erinaverybrowder.com (business and all its entities)

I reserve the right to pursue legal action (within the laws of the United States) where necessary to eliminate/avoid any negative slander or harmful gossip.

 

PRIVACY POLICY: 

All materials, content and intellectual property you receive from here on erinaverybrowder.com, or by me, Erin Browder, are created, designed and formatted by Erin Browder for Erin Browder, LLC. It is protected material, and you have no right to reproduce, use any pieces, or use as your own without permission and acknowledgment of Erin Browder and Erin Browder, LLC.
